About the Gabriola Island Chamber of Commerce

The Gabriola Island Chamber of Commerce is affiliated with the B.C. Chamber of Commerce and the Federal Chambers of Commerce. The Chamber represents approximately 115 businesses, not for profit organizations and individuals situated on, or interested in Gabriola Island. Through direct community involvement, communication, lobbying, and connections with other Chambers and organizations, the Gabriola Island Chamber of Commerce represents and promotes the interests of its members. Its mandate is to ensure a balanced, progressive and responsible development of business on Gabriola.

You'll find information here on all our member businesses and not for profit organizations, artisan members, events, things to do, restaurants and pubs, our parks, our trails, markets, beaches, and other places of special interest on Gabriola.

Don't know where to stay? We've information on inns, B&Bs, campsites, guest houses, cabins and cottages. There is also loads of  information on sailing, fishing, kayaking, hiking and scuba diving. Visit an artist studio, go to a play or concert, or you can even take horseback riding lessons.

The Chamber always welcomes new members, both profit and non-profit, and appreciates the contributions of the many volunteers who help the Chamber achieve its goals.

Planning a visit to Gabriola?
Visit our "Where to stay on Gabriola" page and book your B&B, Inn or cottage well ahead of your vacation. Book before you arrive: it can be hard to find one late at night as we are all out enjoying the wonders of Gabriola, whether a sunset, concert, play, film, or an evening paddle. 

Purchase the BC Ferries Experience™ Card and save on vehicle and passenger fares on selected routes which includes Gabriola Island. Purchase online or at a BC Ferries ticket booth. These cards can be used on all routes, with savings on selected routes. Make your trip to Gabriola affordable by using your Experience Card. How much can you save? Adults save $4; Children $2; Vehicles $8.15; Motorcycles $4.05; Bicycles $2. A family of four can save up to $20 on their fare to Gabriola. And remember, you only pay one way.
